How to cancel
Email help@iverpure.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Cancel membership” and your order number. We confirm in writing within one business day.
When it takes effect
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before a renewal date stop that renewal. Requests inside the 48-hour window may apply to the following cycle, in which case the shipped order stays covered by the 30-day guarantee.
Orders already shipped
Anything already on its way still arrives and is yours to keep. If you no longer want it, our refund policy applies for 30 days after delivery.
Reactivating later
You can rejoin at any time. Member pricing at the moment of rejoining applies — we cannot restore an older locked-in rate.
